Convenient and tasty!

I do a lot of Asian cooking and these noodles are fantastic to make peanut chicken with noodles. I use the Taste of Thai Peanut Sauce mix, coconut milk and add peanut butter... my family begs for this. And to make it even easier, I use rotisserie chicken breasts.

I love these noodles! I normally microwave them 90 seconds, then toss them in whatever dish I'm making right before adding the sauce to finish cooking through while thickening and soaking up the sauce. My most common repeat so far is beef with broccoli and noodles. Another favorite was left over Thai green curry. Microwaved the noodles and tossed them in the room temp curry. Let them sit a couple minutes to warm and soak up the sauce.
