BA2 Running Boards on 2026 Ram Crew Cab 2500

These running boards were very easy to install on my new 2026 Ram Crew Cab 2500. They are sturdy with little to no bend when I step on them (230#). With my Ram there was no drilling or modifications needed to the truck. The only thing I think should also be included is enough lock washers for all of the top bolts. The kit supplies 6 lock washers and indicates all the top bolts should get one which would make it 12 needed. I will have to go buy 6 more 8mm lock washers and install them later when it warms up. Not a big deal, and I really like the look and how easy they were to install. Took about 2 hours in upstate NY winter weather.

I just bought a 2025 Ram 3500 4wd 6. 7 Cummins. It sits pretty high off the ground so it was difficult for. my wife to get in and out of the truck. It was even a chore for me also as I'm getting older. I went to Rough Country to look for side steps and found what I was looking for, ordered them and they came in three days. The day I got them I installed them on the truck in about three hours time. They look great and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Much easier to get in and out of the truck and it actually makes the truck look nicer. Ram 3500 Laramie black on black with the RC black side steps. Great looking and functional. 5 stars!!!!

It was a surprise for my husband's birthday. I did alot of research looking at styles of what I thought he would like. He is very picky and it was for his brand new Ram. Our 11 year old grandson picked these and said papa will like these. I was so nervous because its hard to please a perfectionist. HE LOVED THEM! He put them on right away and they look amazing! Durable very easy to install.
