First: I am a 70ish female living in Las Vegas. The dehydration is on a whole different level. I keep myself alive with electrolytes. Liquid IV is one of the best. I'm always looking for new flavors and the Tropical Punch did not disappoint. No residual salt and the sugar is just right. This is one of my favorite flavors. Try the Cotton Candy. It takes me back to the fair as a kid FYI: Too much electrolytes can cause kinks stones so be careful. I mix my water intake with some Hint Water.
