Short-Lived Chair is Already Breaking

I was leaning back in it after assembly and I heard some cracking. Currently the left side of the back is disconnected and two parts have come off. I'm already trying to figure out how to return it or get a replacement. While it was a fine chair for the 3 days it's lasted until now, it's already falling apart. Maybe it's a defect, maybe not, but I can't endorse something that's already causing me issues in less than a week.
