I avoided this for years due to the price. I finally decided to try it, once. Now, it is a staple. When I say it is the secret ingredient to make my pancake stack delectable, I simply won't go back. It is like real maple syrup, compared to maple flavored high fructose corn syrup. I get it now. You get what you pay for. The creaminess and saltiness makes this good enough to eat all by itself.
