Tl;Dr brakes are great, don't throw away your old shims.

This is the second time I have ordered TRQ brakes for my vehicles. The first was for my 2008 Audi A4. Aside from me being an idiot, everything has worked great since install. These pads were essentially no different. Install took about 90 minutes on front and rear. All was dandy until I went to test drive. There was an awful metal on metal sound. I was afraid that the shims were dragging on the face of the rotors. I take off the front tires on each side 3 times adjusting and moving the shims to get them to stop rubbing on the outer edge of the rotor(thankfully not the face). After an additional hour I finally threw on the original shims and viola, no more rubbing. Other than that inconvenience, great product!
