Assembly was easy. Just when putting a piece on that takes multiple screws start all screws to line piece up than go back and tighten all screws. From opening box to final step was about 2.5 hours with drill on low torque instead of a screw driver. Cooking surface is very large and heats up quickly. I don't ever use a side burner so can't talk about that.

It took very long to put this grill together. About 5 hrs. Some parts came a little dented but decided to keep it anyway. after lighting and cooking on it Im happy I kept it. I extremely like the seer burner. It really locked in all the juices. I definitely would buy this again.

If you have the patience and time this bbq is great. The only things I didn't care for was the assembly, took close to 4 hrs. Also the bbq gets real hot, so until you get acquainted with how it cooks I suggest watching what your grilling so you don't burn it. All in all it's one of if not the best bbq I've owned so far.
