This Boss Office Products Big and Tall Heavy Duty Task Chair has been created with as heavy duty of a design as it can get. The chair is made with top of the line crepe material and boasts a strong and sturdy 27 inch black steel base with 2 inch nylon dual wheel castors. The chair features a heavy duty spring tilt mechanism that changes the angle of the entire seat relative to the floor and allows one to transfer some of the upper body weight to the backrest of the chair and also a pneumatic gas lift that allows for easy height adjustments. The chair also offers tilt tension, an upright lock and boasts a weight capacity of 400 lbs.

NORSTAR chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for six years from the ORIGINAL DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE with the following exceptions: Upholstery materials, foam, gas cylinders, wood components and control mechanisms. Upholstery materials and foam are warranted against unusual wear or deterioration and gas cylinders, wood components, and controls against structural failure or unusual wear for TWENTY-FOUR months. All electronic components for the heating units have a 180 day warranty period.

So comfy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This is a comfortable chair! I am so impressed with the incredible amount of padding and cushion this chair has. I seriously feel like I am sitting on a cloud. Time passes by, and I realize I have been doing a few hours of work without feeling any discomfort from the chair. There is so much padding, which makes it so comfortable. The structure of this chair is solid; there is no flimsiness here. The durability proves that this is going to hold up for quite a while. It is also quite breathable! I did not experience feeling all sweaty and overheated when using this chair. My only small issue would be the armrests. For a chair that claims the weight limit is 400 lbs, I would have preferred for the arm rests to be a bit larger and wider. I am about 150 lbs, and I really would have preferred armrests that gave me a little more space by being a tad longer and wider. That being said, this was NOT a dealbreaker, and I am still quite obsessed with this chair. Thanks to the efficient directions, it only took about fifteen minutes to put this chair together, and I was able to do so by myself. I am not typically one that is able to put things together, so that is saying quite a bit! This chair is easily adjustable. My husband is 6'2, and I am 5'5, so we need the ability to easily adjust for both of us. This chair fits the bill. Thankfully, the armrests are also adjustable, and they are super easy to adjust as well. I was very impressed with this chair, particularly the high level of comfort. This is a top quality chair that I know we will have for quite some time. The materials used are sturdy and durable, and we are very pleased!

Easy Assemby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair was easy to assemble. It took me literally 30 minutes to assemble it. This chair is definitely Boss Status. It is very comfortable and worth the money. I would like to purchase the rest of their office items to go with this.
