I really like this chair. I've had the chair for about a month and it hasnt gotten a lot of traffic, but I would buy it again in a heartbeat. PROS: I think the frame of the chair is very well built. Seriously, 1500 lb capacity is beyond adequate -- which is exactly what I want. Nobody else offers that kind of strength rating. I don't need that much, but I want that much to have confidence and durability over time. It gives a little more width, without immediately implying that its a "big person" chair. Seat bottom and material are fine. CONS: It's listed with anti-microbial finish, but the finish has a crackle effect. My first choice would always be a smooth finish. Ideal would be not painted but something like a gunmetal finish. Just something super clean looking. The crackle makes the silver chrome not so shiny which is nice, but the surface texture isn't perfectly smooth which I would prefer. I wasn't thrilled with the way the back of the chair went together. There are two hex head machine screws that went into threaded bolts build into the chair back which was nice. There were an additional 4 wood screws that simply screwed into the plywood/chipboard backing. I kind of stripped one putting it together which makes me think its a chip board not plywood, but either way those screws feel fragile. I would much rather have had 6 hex head screws that had receivers like prong tee nuts.
