If you want a wok that cooks like a traditional steel wok but is very easy to clean, this is the one to buy.

Excellent size, cooks as advertised, and is super easy to clean. The steel circles allow you to brown food and get good caramelisation with minimal sticking. This wok heats super fast and gets extremely hot; great when you need extra heat, but I have found I need to use lower temperatures when cooking with it.
