I appreciate an item that can be used for multiple things. Right now, this sits underneath a cooling rack to keep my sourdough starters warm on colder nights. This spring, I'll likely be using it for seed starting as well. My only complaint is it would be nice to have a switch to turn it on and off rather than plug it in or unplug it.
