I particularly appreciate the 22 1/2" length of the cutters as my 48 inch width evergreen bushes are difficult to prune otherwise. At the age of 81 years, I found the 6 1/2 lb weight of the unit to be a bit annoying but after continuing use, I overcame this, knowing that a powerful motor, doing a super job of cutting, more than made up for the weight problem. One other minor problem is that the user must constantly keep his finger on the switch. This is designed deliberately as a safety feature but, nevertheless, this too was annoying.
