Cuisinart CBK-210 Convection Bread Maker

This is my first bread maker. I have already made 4 loaves and am in love. This does a great job for both white and wheat breads. The functionality gives me the confidence to try new recipes and experiment. This has been a great family Christmas gift.

The programming is simple, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even for beginners. And the smell—wow.
