It works on my waterproof mascara like a dream, and is so gentle. I only wear waterproof mascara, so removing it frequently is difficult without the correct formula. The hardest part about using this product is remembering to shake it first. I use a waterproof marker and write "SHAKE" in big letters on the top of the lid, so that I'll remember to shake it first.

I didnt notice any smellor greasy feeling with this cleanser. it took a few good drops on a cotton pad and about 3 gentle swipes to take off eye make-up on each eye. I dont use a lot of mascara but it took off all i had on. No redness, irritation. I like this, seems gentle.
