Tacoma washer fluid reservoir replacement

Be sure to pump out the washer fluid before you get started. Once I removed the screws holding the reservoir to the wheel well %26 the electrical %26 hydraulic connectors, the reservoir came out easily. The old reservoir neck practically crumbled at this point. The installation of the new reservoir went smoothly. Be patient as you prime the pump %26 hydraulic lines with washer fluid.

Washer reservoir jug

I'm sure it was my fault but when I received this part there was a factory hole in the bottom in which my truck didn't have on the old one when I took out the old jug I could have sent it back as the hole is for a low washer fluid sensor my truck didn't come with this feature easy enough fix though as I went to a supply house and got a freeze plug to seal the hole worked like a champ and no leaks.

No hassles fit

only knock would be the cost but it seems to be the norm for this oddball part. It fit perfectly with no unexpected hassles electrical was pure plug in and go.
