Great lock
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second lock. The first one electronics quit working after two and a half year. The lock was still good, it just would not lock and unlock with the push buttons. My batteries lasted about 6 months before they needed to be replaced. I called support and the girl went through a whole list of things to try and the electronic were dead. I was very happy with the service I got from the lock and the support team. I just got another lock like the one I had and installed it.
