It arrived well packed and intact. The owner's manual was very well produced with some of the most accurate grey-scale drawings i have seen in a while. You do have to pay attention because there are multiple sets of instructions in the same booklet. After carefully examining the illustrations, I was able to figure out which set of features my bicycle had. Assembly was easy with hand tools already on hand. Unwrapping and assembly took about about an hour. The bike is light and moves along very easily on paved roads. With seven gears, easy step-in fork, handlebar brakes plus relatively slim tires, it is a good compromise for less than youthful riders like me who still hope to move along. I found the seat very comfortable, but then, I I also ride horses and have used other bikes with really painful seats. Glad to save money not having to buy a more padded version. Don't know how well it will hold up, but so far it is just what I hoped for when I placed the order.
