It does have a couple wires that you have to insulate in your fixture above your vanity or wherever you plan to put it… This product is also very effective for the lighting. If you're lighting is perfect you will have no problem with this because this puts up a bright light lighting up the space that you need provided lit up… The durability of this is absolutely amazing. It's very easy to install and it's very very nice too handle. It is very heavy so it has to be screwed in properly, but it is very durable. The durability of this product is not a problem.! It does come with two lampshades that are beautiful. They are like a stained glass material, making this like so much more attractive.. This light makes the appearance of any room, more rightful, more entertaining, and more beautiful to the appearance. I absolutely love this light and I will be buying more of these as I absolutely love them… This light can also be used in the vanity used as a bathroom light can be used as a hall light or any place that just needs extra lighting.. I can't recommend this light enough. It's beautiful. It's artistic and makes any room shine brighter. I give this light a 10 out of 10.
