I am totally amazed at what these items have. I was directed at getting Jabra because of the product and chose to obtain this one product after reading the review. The first word that comes to mind after hearing the sound is WOW! I am totally amazed. I'm listening to a local station as I am someone who loves our local radio and could not believe how well the music was coming through with the bass and the treble it just was amazing, no other word could explain. I am so impressed with how well this product works and how simple it was to get it connected just WOW! I love the color choice and everything about it. Walmart was so helpful with this purchase and it is something well worth getting for sure. Thank you!

Initial set was defective, replacements work fine.

I was very disappointed with the first set of earbuds I received because the left one was DOA and never connected to the Jabra app or with the charging case. I was unable to complete the firmware update or hear anything from the left earbud. I was also a bit disappointed to find out my purchase from walmart.com was being fulfilled by an outlet store in Van Nuys that had a yahoo.com email address and didn't seem to know anything about the earbuds to troubleshoot. I've also since learned that Jabra earbuds OFTEN have problems with one earbud not working. I returned the original earbuds and the replacement set works fine. Sound quality is decent and the touch button controls are easy to use. ANC is effective and the battery life is also good.
