Oneida Mooncrest 45 Piece Everyday Flatware Set

Bought this service for my daughter who is setting up her first home! Was looking for something that was well recommended, nice looking, durable and a good value. This seemed to fit the bill exactly. I have an Oneida set that I have had for years - and paid a lot more than this - so I was delighted by the quality of this much more moderately priced set. I cannot give a rating on "durability" as time will tell, but am pleased by the other aspects - "Value", "Meets Expectations", and "Appearance". From those viewpoints I would not hesitate to recommend this set and in fact would purchase one for myself were I in the market. As an aside getting the service pieces at this price was also a hugh bonus - I had to purchase mine separately! Thanks.

This flatware is more beautiful than you can imagine. The picture of them is good but still doesn't do them anywhere close to justice when you actually see them. They are extremely elegant. They are also very hefty and will not bend, they are sturdy, smooth and balanced well. They feel great in your hand when you eat. I know that might sound strange because I kind of thought it was too when I first used them and that was the thought that struck me LOL but they are well worth the money. If you are on the fence about this silverware I would jump on it you will not be sorry. I hope this helps others.
