Gazebo provides shade

I received this gazebo on Friday, 8/21/20. Since it is fairly large to assemble you need help - this is not a 1 person job. However, with a couple helpers were were able to get it fully assembled in about 2 hours. The pictures posted are actually my gazebo with wicker patio set. It comes with stakes to stake in each steel post - in my case each patio post is seated on my cement patio so I could not secure at the base. Instead, I purchased some rope and tent states and ran rope from each corner and middle sections and it is very secure to withstand heavy winds and rain.

For Your Deck

If placed in the yard/grass it probably will collapse with the slightest strong wind or weather event. However if you place on your deck, woohoo! you have a winner!!! It makes 90 degrees days feel like Spring with the netting enclosed it offers a true breeze. The gazebo does more than well to block out the sun. I placed rocks instead of sand in the bags that I purchased to hold down the legs. The railings around my deck also protect the gazebo from moving. We've had a ton of thunderstorms this summer and it's still standing. I purchased in May, it's August now and no complaints. Great deck for the price you just have to know where to place it.
