Excellent computer, delivered early

For this, or for any other computer, just be basically familiar with how much RAM memory and how much storage you actually need. The remaining options are basically self-explanatory. This Lenovo model has more than usual RAM and storage because that is what I wanted. If you don't have such requirements, you can probably find a less expensive model. But I think this model's price is good for what it offers. My previous computer was a Lenovo, and my experience generally was good. I was up and running on the new computer in no time at all. What took the longest was installing all of the various program and device updates since the computer was built, but these were installed without a problem. And the computer was delivered two days EARLY.

Dead on arrival

Shipping was delayed. Laptpp arrived in a padded envelope. No box! Should have tipped me off. On third use in 2 days, the machine would not boot. Took it to a reputable computer store in town. In 24 hours they diagnosed a dead mother board. Took it back to Walmart Customer Service and was told that since it had been purchased through a third party, I would not receive my refund for several days. The 3rd party here is DE Electronics. So, it gets worse! Went back to Walmart Electronics, thinking would buy a machine then. Didn't see anything I liked, but did learn from staff there that DE Electronics only sells refurbished machines. Hence, a 1 rating. If there was a 0 I'd use that for the rating. Finally, for DEE, a big fat middle digit for you. For Walmart, shame on you. You've lost me and my friends as electronics customers.
