Easy to use!! Great for the price!

Very easy to assemble. Connecting it to the propane tank and testing it first with soap %26 water making sure no leaks was easy. Then turning it on was easy too! I did end up buying a small pizza spatula which cause my pizza to have some folded ends. Definitely getting me a 12” spatula to prevent spilling ingredients out. Make sure you pre- heat the oven! I did a “test” pizza and oven was only 700 degrees, it gave nice crispy edges but the middle was not fully cooked. Not the ovens fault just me being inpatient. Overall, the oven cooked very well. I just need to master the dough. The dough tasted great but it was too much dough on the ends. Allow the stone to really heat up so your center dough cooks evenly; also spray your wood chips with water so you can get it to smoke more. I think as you continue to use the oven and the stone gets well seasoned you will have much better pizza!

A great pizza oven for a great price! Big hit!

This is our first pizza oven and first time cooking on one but the third try was the charm. The dough on the first pizza was rolled too thin so it became a calzone with patches of extra dough to cover the torn areas that still fell apart getting it into the oven. It burned a little because I didn't turn the stone quickly enough when I first put it in. The second pizza, I didn't scoot it in far enough and the pizza fell apart a little when I turned the stone (love the knob that allows me to spin the pizza!) and I didn't turn it enough so it got a little toasty. The third pizza came out perfect, I just spun it a quarter to half turn ever minute or two until it looked done. I got a phone call right as it got done so I turned the gas off and let it sit in the oven for a little bit so it would stay warm and it still came out perfectly. The oven didn't come with a pizza peel (big spatula) but our walmart had one in stock. I don't know how we would have got the pizzas in and out without one. We went into our first adventure with this pizza oven knowing it would be trial and error but had fun while cooking. We even found that our local pizza house sells ready made dough we were able to just top it and slide in the oven. Setting up the oven was quick and easy, I expected to have to assemble more but I really just had to place the plates inside and plug it up. We didn't try out the pellet box it the back but plan to next time we cook on it. I definitely recommend this pizza oven.
