This is my 2nd Zosi System. I Like the camera system and software. Unfortunately my previous Zosi system failed a week after the three-year warranty was up. Customer service was good. We're trying to help me self, correct the problem But after weeks of trying different things with Customer Service, it was nothing else that could be done. The system had failed and Customer Service was not willing to service or repair the unit. I purchased this system thinking I would be able to At least use my existing cameras, but they were not compatible. Therefore, I will return the system and go with an off Brand. My other family member had a No name brand cause half the price that has been running good for almost 10 years.
