read all the bad reviews

bought this for the color/finish to match despite the poor reviews...Figured they must be doing something wrong. NOPE Tub drain lasted maybe 5-6 uses and it broke and won't engage/disengage I'm a contractor and bought this for my own home and its just as all the reviews say. Top dollar for low quality.

Haven't even been installed a week and this drain assembly will not function properly. I thought better of your products Delta. You definitely need to have this re-engineered because what I have is a useless peice of junk. And I'm not the first I see.

Stopper Broke Off

My drain started draining slower so I tried to unscrew the stopper so I could properly clear the drain. The stopper wouldn't even budge. Eventually I turned it hard enough to snap it right off. Even though this was meant to unscrew, it did not unscrew without breaking. Very bad design.
