I rarely write reviews, Taking this probiotic significantly helps my urgency! I have less stomach aches and less gas! I only take one per day because of the price. But it has definitely helped my ibs symptoms and I will order again! Excellent purchase! I highly recommend!!!

Great probiotic supplement!
I have only been using this probiotic supplement for one month however I believe that I have already seen a change in my bowel movements. Have only started to use this probiotic for a few weeks. So far, the gut seems to show signs of improvement. The intestinal system seems more comfortable. Sleep habits are showing signs of improvement too. And I'm looking forward to continuing so that I can improve my gut health. I feel great. It helps with everyday activities, keeps my regular, and overall feels great. If you want to make a change for the better in your life use this probiotic for women and men and you will feel better!!!
