Easy to use and clean up multiple uses
I like the way it slices the items. It's not loud and it glides across the meat. I sliced little strawberries and oranges peel on. they all sliced very nice. only issues I have is food hangs up at bottom and flies away on occasion and I'd like to see a better way to catch the food. I'm not sure if that's possible so I love it. Clean up is easy. It's very easy to use. I haven't used for anything else but I have no doubt carrots or potatoes or other things will slice up nice.

I was contemplating on really listening to some of the reviews that were negative but I decided to take the risk myself. And what I found out was this thing is awesome. I cut prime rib roast in every setting from deli to almost half inch steaks and wow it was great to have the steaks thin and then thick and then deli meat from steaks to make steak sandwiches! The only complaint I have is the meat I purchased was 6.5 pound and it was a little too big for the plate to hold secure. No problem I just have a smaller rib roast the next time I did it and it worked just fine PS I have a freezer that freezes solid it took a full day just to unthaw enough to put it on this thing but it did it it would be better to be not so solid frozen I never tried the raw meat without being frozen because I like the balance of meat staying together that's all I did was just meat I didn't do bread or cheese so good luck with yours we have a great time with ours!
