They are easy on the teeth; they are easy on the purse-strings; they are tastier than most others; and - frankly - they won't be easy for competitors to duplicate (in my opinion)! These are not thin style chips. They are prefect and most authentic for your pico de gallo and any other salsas that are tomato based. Tomatoes always release their juices. Thinner chips will wilt or break when you try to scoop up your salsa or guac.
