Disappointed in quality control of manufacturing.

Three of the four items were missing welds. I have a welder so no problem fixing them. However this could be considered an unsafe product to someone who didn't notice this deficiency. Shipping was prompt and price was great. Product just needs to be properly assembled from manufacturer.
