disappointing

I bought this chair mat specifically because it was advertised to work on moderately deep pile carpeting, but it does not do the job. The chair ""dents"" and ""grooves"" the mat, creating an uneven rolling surface. It is not worth purchasing. I will return this mat for a refund.
