Beautiful gazebo

it's a beautiful gazebo it was tricky to build my husband was a G.C. and we do a lot of large home renovations. It took patience and skill because of the shape of the roof. there was damage to 2 of the main supports are dented and it says to contact the seller which we did. They responded to my email asked for pictures which were sent quickly. No response... others said that they did receive replacement parts after some time. I have not heard anything or received my replacement parts which the company said they would send. We're very disappointed with the customer service we received. I have hidden the dented areas but that's not the point. I would have bought it in a store so I could get what I paid for or return it.

it came with a broken piece and I haven't heard back from the vendor about replacing the broken piece...it would be great if i can get either get the piece or be able to return it for a refund. This has been a horrible experience.
