Use of a rug pad recommended.

Saw the design at a brick and mortar retailer, but we couldn't get anyone to help us at that store. Found it here — same manufacturer though sold under a different name. Anyway, at the price we paid here pretty happy. It's maybe not quite as soft as we'd ideally like but not a big problem. Shipping was very fast.
