Better than expected.
I had seen rolling seats that looked like this before on other websites, and also on Walmart's website, often at much higher prices. That's why when I ordered this one I was a little worried it might be a cheap knockoff. It isn't. It arrived and when I opened the box I was impressed by the quality of the assembly. The base is heavy gauge steel, the casters (two locking, two free rolling) are beefy enough to handle the weight and the piston for raising and lowering the seat seems very strong. Once assembled (easy assembly - more in a minute) it handled my 235 pounds without a problem. The seat is comfortable and the piston is smooth when raising or lowing the seat. Height is perfect for my work bench when in the lower position or for my work table when in the higher position. Assembly is easy. Put on the 4 casters, attach the base with the piston actuator in it to the seat bottom, slide the bottom of the piston into the base and place the seat on the top of the piston. You're done. The only complaint I have is about the supplied tools to assemble. I suppose if you have none of your own they would do, but to me they are completely inadequate for the job. Do yourself a favor. Get a large phillips screwdriver and a 17mm box end wrench. It will make assembly much easier and I think more secure as it would be difficult to get the right tightness on the parts with the supplied tools. Even so, that's not enough to drop this from a 5 Star to a 4 Star review. Overall I'm very pleased. It fits my purposes perfectly and seems like it will last. Recommend.
