Directions For Using Tortilla Press: 1. Prepare dough based on desired recipe (included inside). Form dough balls with hands (1.5 inch - 2 inch diameter) and set aside. 2. Wrap inside of tortilla press with plastic wrap. 3. Place dough ball on bottom plate of press. 4. Lower the top plate and press the lever down until desired thickness is reached. 5. Open the press and peel the tortilla from the plastic wrap. 6. Cook tortilla on heated nonstick comal or griddle pan. Before Using: Wash the product and dry it completely. General Recommendations: Do not store food in metal products to avoid staining and affecting the color of the inside. In the Kitchen: Do not use the product on the oven or stove. Use nylon, plastic, or wooden utensils to avoid damaging the surfaces. Do not use metal utensils as: knives, forks, or spatulas since they can damage the surface. Avoid use utensils with sharp edges and do not cut food inside the product. CLEANING: Do not pour cold water into this product when hot. Wash it inside and out with a soft sponge and detergent. Do not use abrasive sponges. After washing the product, dry it well before putting away to avoid stains.

Multiple uses great product!
I received this tortilla press for free in exchange for an honest review. I can honestly say it's a great product! I was able to use it to not just make tortillas from scratch, but also to flatten plantains to make Jibaritos and tostones. I will definitely be making this a staple in my kitchen.

I would recommend this product
It's a good, lightweight product. The material isn't typical of a tortilla press, which makes it easy to use It's super easy to clean if you use parchment paper. Overall it seems really well made and can be used to make different types of food, not just tortillas. Imusa sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program.

Love it!
I love this press. It isn't unnecessarily heavy, it is easy to store, and to clean. I only had regular flour at the moment, so I had to make flour tortillas with it. When doing flour tortillas it helps to also use a roller after using the press (these guys are very elastic). I didn't do that this time, but this thing honestly still did a great job. Very simple to use, and will be something I use many times in the future.
