It works but .....No pain no gain
This item really works on almost every parts of body even on face as well.I have tried for upper lips. Just becareful dont use on loose skin ( not recommended for bikini area) or hold the skin tight otherwise it will give you a pinch. And be ready for the pain. For the very first time you will feel lot more pain specially when you have thick long grown hair. Evetually pain will reduce but you have to epilate frequently. My skin is super sansative and thin so i got red bumps and rashes after using it but they disappeared next day . Otherwise this product is nice good quality for the price. Plus it is very handy . Makes some noise but its ok for me. Better to use it after shower. I don't think I will visit the salon agin for waxing. And will save my $$$.

Definitely painful the first use but works great and becomes more tolerable with each use! Love not having to shave everyday! Worth reading the directions completely. I do it at night since sensitive areas do leave red bumps but gone by the am. Need to take your time and just do small areas if needed. Great product for the price. Very satisfied!
