The Cons: there was not enough of the V2 washers for the assembly and it was a bit wobbly when building. The Pros: i was able to assemble it alone without assistance. easy to secure to whatever base you want. seems sturdy. it has held against a couple strong wind (60mph ) storms without issues. will hold up items appropriately.
