Product can be warmed using most moist heating methods (such as a compatible steam table. Double boiler, or cheese sauce dispenser), or the cheese sauce can be microwaved (between 140 degrees F/60 degrees C and 165 degrees F/73.9 degrees C), stirring frequently, in a separate microwave-safe container for immediate use. Caution: The container and cheese sauce will be hot. Once opened, unused product must be continuously heated at no less than 140 degrees F/60 degrees C and must be used within 6 hours if heated to 165 degrees F/73.9 degrees C or used within 5 days if held hot between 140 degrees F/60 degrees C and 164.9 degrees F/73.8 degrees C. So many nacho cheeses have to be spicy to cover up the greasy sliminess of them. This is cheese that tastes like cheese, no after taste, no greasy feel, and it's quite mild. The packaging is convenient also, just clip a corner, squeeze out some cheese, then vacuum seal the bag back shut, and toss it into the refrigerator.

Yes, it says 50 0z, so I should have known, but am still surprised at the amount of cheese in this package. Two huge bags. When they say authentic, they are dead on. This is just like the cheese you'd get at your local convenience store for your nacho's, and matches the cheese I have received at the stadium for sport & music events. I will certainly buy this again. Although it will take awhile to use all that comes in this box. The nice thing is there are indeed two bags. The one I've opened is in the fridge and the other up in the cub-bard waiting it's turn.
