Make a quick and tasty meal
I found this in my pantry, I don't even know when or how it got there, but I needed dinner ready fast with what I had on hand. Saute some sliced carrots and onions, combine the whole jar with two cans of coconut milk, simmer to reduce a bit and add two sliced cooked chicken breasts and bag of defrosted frozen veggies (I used a broccoli and cauliflower medley), throw in cans of sliced water chestnuts or bamboo shoots if you have them. Continue over heat until everything is warm and serve over rice, anywhere from 4 to 8 servings depending on the individual. The paste does all the hard work of getting a nice flavor profile.
