Key item features

  • The small holes on the product are sewn positioning points, which are unavoidable for sewn products and do not affect the quality of the products used.
  • Blower should remain on and continuously inflate Water Park during use. Air flow through seams is normal. The blower meeting ETL certification. There is a temperature control device in the blower, so when the blower overheats, it will automatically stop working, and when its temperature is normal, it will work again. Thank you.
  • It is normal to see bubbles rising on the surface of the pool and other wet areas of the bouncy castle (water park). During use, the blower will need to work continuously and the seams will ‘bubble’ (every product is tested for functionality prior to packaging, and it is normal for seams to seep air and water into the seams of sewn products).
  • It is common and essential that a small amount of air escapes from the seams, this release helps to maintain a balanced air pressure within the inflatable structure to ensure a safe and enjoyable jumping experience for your child.

  • Product should never be dragged across concrete, pavement or other rough surfaces.
  • Do not set up in windy or rainy conditions: sudden gusts of wind may lift the product off the ground.
  • Make sure the area around the product is secure.Minimum clearance zones: Place at least 2m/6.56ft away from any other objects. Objects to be avoided include but are not limited to fences, buildings, trees, overhead branches, laundry lines, electrical wires, walls, or bodies or sources of water.
