I bought my husband the iPhone 14 to replace his old XR for his 78th birthday. They operate the same way so nothing different to learn. It operates much quicker than the old one. He just had difficulty with connecting his hearing aids which took a trip to his representative for a quick adjustment because it was trying to connect to both old and new phones.

The actual purchase and trade in process wasn't difficult, but I will be going back to doing my trade ins/upgrades in store with my carrier. I'm just too much of a worrier - I hope I cleared my old phone properly and got everything off of it through iCloud that I needed to.

I got it premium, and it was in PERFECT condition. I've had it for a couple weeks now and honestly I would believe it was brand new. If you're on the fence about it, I would do it, but recommend spending the little extra money for premium just to be sure!
