Wonderful chef's knife
I received a chef knife as a gift. Working with this knife has been a joy. It's well balanced in the hand and maintains a sharpness through chopping and cutting. I had to purchase more knives for the multiple family cooks in our home. Looking forward to a long life with Henckels.
