NOT for Canning Meat!

This is advertised as a pressure canner. It is misleading! It is ONLY for fruits and veggies of low acid recipes. (aka Hot Water Bath Recipes) per the I cluded instructions. It is NOT for meats or other recipes that needs a pressure canner. (NOT RECOMMENDED PRESSURE CANNER FOR LOW ACID RECIPES) If you're looking for a pressure canner for meats DO NOT get this. I am returning this to get what I want. I'm sure this works fine for pressure cooking meals, it's just not what I thought it was according to it's write up.
