Had a problem, but customer service was good

I ordered two handles a couple of weeks apart. The first was great and I was able to install it without any problem. The second handle I received had a problem. The small plastic piece that is essential to the opening mechanism was not the right fit at all. I managed to salvage the correct plastic piece from the old handle so that I could finish the job. However, I was disappointed with the part. I contacted the company and they refunded my money. I am satisfied with that.
