I have bought this item before with no problems. However, this time the ink was somewhat dry. I could not make decent copies. I didn't use it right away, so I didn't know right away and had already thrown the packaging away. Therefore, I could return it. It was a waste of money.

I noticed the word "generic" next to the image of the HP packaged cartridges shown on Walmart's website right after I ordered. I contacted Walmart support and was connected to Mustafa. I explained that my HP printer rejects "generic" cartridges and that if what I ordered ended up being "generic", I wanted to cancel the order. He told me I could not cancel the order but he could start a refund. He offered to contact the seller and told me I would receive an email from the seller in 48 hours. No such email was received and the package was delivered on schedule. The cartridges were genuine HP but were sent loose in a bubble pack in a larger Walmart packing envelope. What I order was the entire set of 902 cartridges that come from HP in their sturdy factory packaging as displayed on your website. What I got were loose cartridges. Not professionally packaged in their factory packaging. My printer did not reject them, but I'll not order them again for Walmart online.

Not as advertised. The black cartridge is shown as the 902XL and it is the much smaller 902. Would not have purchased that smaller cartridge. Very disappointed.
