Herbs Preventsia is down to earth and homey.

Badia of products are fresh. Badia uses smaller quantities so that the product is used up and repurchased maintaining the freshness. This particular item, Herbs Provencia is a very versatile herb blend. this blend works well with soups, stews, chicken, turkey, %26 beef. although it would most likely pair well with fish, lamb, or goat I have not used it with any of these. personally I enjoyed the versatility and the mildness of this blend it works equally well for Italian style as well as Latino dishes. the subtle nuances that it adds to gravies, stock, soups and stews is extraordinary. This is a must-have for any basic spice rack. This works well with everything from chili to lasagna, from cream of tomato soup to casseroles, and quiches.
