this item says it fits 7 x 10 photos. This item is a mat that would go over a photo or picture inside an 8 1/2 x 11” frame. All of those words above imply that this item is externally 8 1/2 x 11 and the internal dimensions of the mat would be 7 x 10. That is not the case. I don't know who cut this, if it was a machine or a human but either needs to be adjusted because the dimensions of this are completely off and it does not fit a 7 x 10. it was your one job.
