No Customer care or warranty support.
Purchased the unit and it worked fine initially, then I moved it to another location, plugged it in and I heard a “Pop” and from that point on it would no longer recharge. I attempted to initiate a warranty with Ampace but after three emails and several attempts through Walmart Customer Care I have still not heard back. Ampace Customer Care is non existent.
