Bought this instead of a deep fat fryer so I would eat less calories. The food cooked in the air fryer is delicious! Convenient and delicious. If you haven't had a grilled sandwich yet in your air fryer, or kabob fixings just thrown in, peppers, onions, mushrooms etc., you should try them. I must confess, I gained a few pounds in the first couple of weeks of using it but that was because I was so excited about it I had to try cooking everything in it.
