Horrible customer service
I ordered the gazebo and everything was in the box EXCEPT the hardware to put it together. The box came damaged and mangled and i reached out to their customer service for replacement hardware and they stated they do not carry individual hardware to ship out to me. I was given two options; either receive a partial refund of 20 bucks on a tent that was over $100 to purchase or send it back for a replacement, which still sounds shady because how can i be sure you wont just send another tent without hardware or never send me anything at all. Bottom line DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "SELLER"
