feels thin like a trash bag. unfolding it, i thought i was going to rip it. The seams started pulling when i was putting it over the mirrors. Definitely did not fit my Honda accord thoroughly. I can not pull it down all the way in the back. It's too tight. I'm afraid it will rip. The straps are 2 ties by each tire. There are no buckles like they show in the picture or snaps. I will be returning it.
